Delivery, Warranty and Service


How long does delivery take?

If you order before 2pm we will dispatch the same day for delivery the following working day (including Saturdays). If you order after 2pm we will dispatch the next working day for delivery the following day. Please note that to highlands and islands deliveries may take two working days.

 

Can I nominate a delivery day? Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Yes to both, at no extra cost! Please follow the instructions upon order for nominated day or Saturday delivery. If you order before 2pm on a Friday the delivery will be made on Saturday unless you nominate another day.

 

What happens if I miss a delivery?

Lumino Mirrors use major reputable couriers including DPD, UPS and DHL, if you miss a delivery you can either collect from their depot or they will attempt delivery the following day. If you miss three deliveries and have not made collection arrangements the parcel will be returned to us.

 

International deliveries

Lumino Mirrors currently deliver to Republic of Ireland, Germany and France on a two-day service. There is no shipping charge to these territories. For any other destinations please contact us before purchasing and we can provide a shipping quote.

 

How long is the warranty?

Lumino typically offer 5 year warranties on our middle range and 10 years on our top range if bought through our site. If you purchase through one of our retail partners this maybe less. Please check the product page to confirm the exact warranty length for each model.

 

Can I extend the warranty?

Yes, you can extend a 5 year warranty to 10 years. You can only do this at time of original purchase and only via our site. If you purchase through one of our retail partners you are unable to extend the warranty. Please see the product page for details and pricing on extended warranties.

 

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty only covers faults that naturally occur in the product, it does not cover breakages or faults incurred through misuse. Typically Lumino will replace a faulty product.

 

Are spares available?

Yes, spares of replaceable parts are available (such as, shelves etc). If your product is in warranty we will send these out free of charge, if your product is out of warranty there is a small charge to be confirmed with our Customer Service team.

 

What if I change my mind?

We hope you love our product but if you don’t and would like to return the item or exchange for a different model you have 14 days from date of purchase to inform us. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must complete the returns form and return the product unused in the original packaging at the purchasers cost.
